【 Job Description 】

• Accounts onboarding

• Price updates

• Update escalation matrix/contact details for supplier’s accounts

• Finance/support issues pre-check

• Support contract management, compliance, and SLA administration.

• Submit renewals in the company's system

• Assist provider engagement activities; join meetings, portfolio updates and ongoing commercial reviews

• Report generation in preparation for performance reviews for the company suppliers.

• Supporting Supplier Managers in market research.

• Analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize work to the needs of the business;

• High attention to detail with evidenced problem-solving skills;

• Structured, methodical and well-organized, creative, persistent, quality and result driven;

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels;

• Have the desire to take part in technology courses, learn business processes, evolve strategy and “big picture” thinking;

• Enthusiasm and self-motivation, with a proactive approach to all tasks;

• Comfortable in a high-paced dynamic, work environment;

• Resilient, with the ability to perform well under pressure and to deadlines;

• Excellent command of the English language; other European languages are a plus;
