Job Description:

To manage and ensure smooth flow of stocks in both head office and branches timely

To oversee all end-to-end order process and customer order fulfillment

To manage inventory efficiently

Process purchase orders with adherence to policies and procedures

Ensure all incoming documents, shipment issues and concerns are addressed

Ensure zero inventory discrepancies

Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

Minimum education requirement: College Graduate

2 years relevant experience in Supply Chain Operations (Inventory and Logistics)

Basic skills required: Efficient computer skills, Communication Skills, Time Management, Coordination and Organizational Skills

Knowledge in Quickbooks Enterprise is a big plus

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Accounting Software, Accountability for mistakes and errors, Time Management, Organisation, Reports, Customer Support
