  • As part of the Supply Chain Operations, you will specifically:

    1. Item Master Management

    • Create and maintain the Item Master in all Synagie Operation System

    • Ensure the accuracy for Item Master in Synagie Operation System

    • Support urgent request for Item Master

    2. Inbound Management

    • Process purchase order creation

    • Monitor and ensure inbound activities can be executed smoothly

    • Inbound Exception report and pick up coordination

    3. Inventory Management

    • Inventory Adjustment Monitoring

    • Inventory Balancing

    • Reporting

    4. Returns and Claims Management

    5. Performance Management

    • Daily fulfillment/shipment monitoring

    • Monthly Performance Review and Reporting

    6. Ensure effective teamwork and collaboration with other departments and service providers;

    Performs any ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time requirements

    • Holds a Bachelor Degree in any discipline of study;

    • Are keen to work in the eCommerce industry;

    • Have at least 2 years of relevant work experience;

    • Are knowledgeable in Forecasting and Demand Management;

    • Have the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
