  • Description

  • Job Functions:

    • Primary contact for Supplier add / change requests.

    • Collaborate with sourcing / commodity managers, buyers, planners, finance and other groups

    regarding supplier changes.

    • Manage vendor contact list based on internal requests.

    • Data / System maintenance such as item information / supplier information.

    • Create reports pertaining to workload, backlog and utilization of current tasks.

    Job Requirements:

    • Requires completion of a 4 year technical degree program and 2 or more years related experience.

    • Has Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills ( Verbal and Written)

    • Has Good Technical, Analytical and Problem Solving Skills

    • Can work under pressure and with less supervision.

    • Has experience working with Oracle or other similar ERP systems.

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
