  • We have an exciting new online community portal that has just launched so we need to expand our team in the Philippines.

    Seeking an enthusiastic support and admin assistant to be the frontline person for support queries (non-technical) as well as some marketing admin tasks, mostly with social media. You will need to be someone who is:

    - Very organised but also flexible

    - A good problem solver

    - Self-motivated independent worker with accountability

    - Good communicator

    IMPORTANT: Please read the requirements below carefully. As this is potentially a permanent ongoing position with training provided, we want to ensure we have the right fit.

    We are looking for an individual based in the Philippines. We will not work with an outsourcing company or an agency.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

    To work with us, you will have the following skill sets:

    ESSENTIAL

    • Excellent English

    • Experience in providing first-line customer support (non-technical response)

    • Proficient in MS Office and Google Docs

    • Good knowledge of social media, Facebook pages and groups administration

    • Be very organized and comfortable with working with an online project management system

    DESIRABLE

    • Experience with the graphic design tools such as Canva and Adobe Suite

    • Comfortable with Wordpress as an administrative operational person

    • Experience with membership systems is a big bonus

    YOUR EQUIPMENT AND WORKING ENVIRONMENT

    You will have the following equipment at your disposal:

    - a dedicated workspace free from distraction while working

    - professional-grade, up to date computer equipment and software

    - a reliable internet service

    - be able to communicate effectively using Skype, Whatsapp or Zoom.

    - be able to participate in regularly scheduled meetings in a quiet environment free from distraction.

    HOURS TO BE WORKED

    To start, 10-15 hours a week while training, expanding to 15-20+ hours / week as the demand builds. There is one task to do be every day for up to 1 hour. The more you are capable of doing, the more you will be given.

    Expected hours are during French business hours (within 3-9pm Manila time approximately).

    PAY RATE:

    We are offering $4+ / hour depending on experience and skillset - with a rising scale for long-term performance.

    We want someone to begin work immediately.
