A Successful Candidate Must Have

- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience

- At least 2+ years of managed service experience

- Help desk experience in IT support

- Ticket logging experience

- Active Directory & Server Administration experience

- Microsoft Azure AD and Microsoft 365 (Office 365) experience

- Experience with Office 365 Project migrations

- Experience with Windows & Apple-based IT systems

- Networking knowledge including troubleshooting (VPN, Routing, etc.)

- Good understanding of the ITIL framework

- MCSE, MCSA, or Microsoft 365 certification is ideal

- Autotask, Datto RMM & Datto BCDR experience (will be favorable)

- Windows server administration, networking, or virtualization technologies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Active Directory, Exchange Server & SQL Server

- Group policy including creation and management

- DNS, DCHP knowledge, and, troubleshooting

- Hyper-V & VMware vSphere Support and implementation

- Mobile Device Management

- Apple and Android product troubleshooting

- Broadsoft VoIP Platform

- ISP/Carrier Experience

- Intune or SCCM
