  • FOR A HIGH-END JAPANESE RESTAURANT

    Qualifications:

    HRM / Culinary graduate, Vocational or equivalent

    At least 2 years experience as Sushi Chef in reputable Japanese restaurants

    Demonstrates high-level knife skills and special skills associated with sushi preparation, production and presentation

    Ensures proper food handling, presentation, portion control and maintenance of appropriate serving temperatures

    Maintains sanitation of all equipment, supplies and utensils within work area, cleans workstation thoroughly before leaving the area; keeps display equip,ent clean and free of debis during meal service to assure compliance with all sanitation requirements

    Interacts with customers to enhance dining experience; demonstrates a complete understanding of daily menu items and is able to accurately explain them to customers and associates

    Must be a team player and trainable

    Salary: Basic plus SC & tips

    Work Location: Makati, Mandaluyong, BGC, Pasig, Solenad (Sta. Rosa)
