  • Primary Role:

    - Support configuration of Enrollment System as well as the testing, updating, setting up based on client’s needs.

    - Assist in creation of test scripts, procedures, and generation of reports.

    - Respond to client’s email and queries

    - Data Analysis for system conversion

    - Perform other tasks as required

    Minimum Qualifications:

    - Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Information System, Computer Engineering or equivalent

    - At least 8 months of professional experience as System Configuration, Analysis or support

    - Experience in supporting US Enrollment System is a must

    - Good communication and analytical skills.

    - Work from home until further notice, but must be amenable to work in Ortigas once onsite operations resumed. Midshift Schedule.
