  • Duties and Resposibilities:

    1. Primary responsible in posting of job vacancies in different job platforms and social media accounts.

    2. Participates in various job fairs to acquire qualified pool of candidates.

    3. Schedules short-listed applicants for preliminary screening.

    4. Observes the standards of exams set for each rank to ensure the quality of hires.

    5. Responsible for securing pre-employment requirements and records of newly hired employee.

    6. Responsible for maintaining and updating of employees’ database and 201 files.

    7. Ensures the completeness of the documents inside the 201 files.

    8. Assigning of employee number to newly hired employee.

    9. Prepares Company ID of newly hired employee.

    10. Performs other related duties that may be assigned from time to time.

    11. Ensures compliance with IMS standards.
