Job Description

• Lead a team of Recruiters to effectively and efficiently attract, identify, and hire qualified candidates.

• Motivate, coach, and drive the team in reaching specific and long-term goals.

• Coordinate with Managers in determining manpower

Requirements

• Candidate must possess a degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or other related disciplines;

• With at least three (3) years experience in recruitment in a supervisory or senior role gained in an IT or related industry;

• Knowledgeable in Technical Interviews for different IT professionals (Network, Service Desk, Technical Support, etc.)

• Must have a strong personality, leadership, and communication skills.

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 2 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
• Availability to travel: No
