  • Key Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Gather a list of new leads (potential clients) using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lead Leaper, and etc.

    • Once a new client is uploaded into the CRM, cold emails will be scheduled.

    • A minimum of 200 verified new emails will be sent each morning and follow up emails will also be scheduled for any unopen emails or emails that had no response.

    • Administrative tasks - CRM maintenance, updating contacts, cleaning up unused emails, and etc.

    • Find new clients in the CRM by cold emails and cold calling.

    • When a new client has been found, you will help them find potential candidates and assist them in scheduling interviews

    • Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned

    Must Haves:

    • At least 2 years in a similar role

    • Recruiting and Cold Calling experience

    • Knowledgeable in CSV import and export

    • Experience in Recruitment CRMs, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Lead Leaper.

    • Email scheduling and follow up

    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

    Nice to Haves:

    • Confidence with cold calling

    • Capability to think outside the box

    • Organized and productive

    Home Office Requirements:

    • Perfectly working headset and webcam

    • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS

    • Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 8 or Mac OS X

    • Quiet room with no distractions or background noises

    • A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift
