  • Company:

    The client is a small Accounting and Tax Firm located in New Jersey.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Familiarity with accounting and financial concepts

    • Coordinates calendars for appointments and meetings

    • Prepares correspondence, presentations, reports for partners and other team members with minimal or no supervision

    • Professionally communicates with clients, team members and outside professionals and exhibits a high level of client service

    • Performs other office support functions as assigned

    Skills:

    • 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role

    • Strong command of the English language both spoken and written

    • Background with taxation

    • Strong administrative

    • You will have a strong sense of initiative, a positive, can-do attitude, and deliver high-quality output, under minimal supervision.

    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

    • Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US time

    • Amenable to start immediately

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
