  • Key Roles and Responsibilities:

    Monitor Team Performance and Oversee day to day Operations

    Maintains an in depth knowledge of account/s

    Provide Feedback and Coaching to a team of Virtual Assistants

    Provide weekly or bi-weekly over-all Performance Coaching

    Drives Performance, Motivates and Reinforces Teamwork

    Communicates relevant information to the team on a timely basis

    Conducts up-training on Process and Policies update as needed

    Monitors and evaluates phone calls and emails for Quality Assurance

    Provide feedback and Quality Evaluation Coaching Weekly

    Conducts Annual Performance Reviews

    Conducts 4th and 5th month assessment to probationary employees

    Provides Team Performance Reports and Analysis and Conducts Employee Performance Review with Ops Manager

    Recognize high performance and Reward accomplishments


    Must have excellent oral and written communications skills

    Must have strong interpersonal skills

    Must be Customer Oriented

    At least 1 year relevant supervisory experience in a BPO environment

    Proficient in writing reports and business correspondences

    Proven leadership skills and functional knowledge in business process outsourcing
