  • MVP Asia Pacific Inc. is now looking for a Team Lead for ne of our Australian clients.

    As a Team Lead, your main responsibilities will be maintaining relationships with Clients, Business Leaders, and Staff.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain key relationships with staff and business owners alike.

    • Provide accurate reporting on KPI’s of a small, dedicated team.

    • Resolve day to day challenges with empathy and professionalism.

    • Maintain company culture through regular team building and engagement activities.

    • Assist recruitment team when required.

    • Be the key point of contact for clients.

    • Represent the business to prospective clients on Zoom meetings.

    • Keeping dedicated staff motivated, supported, and engaged.

    • Support training growth and mentorship programs in conjunction with clients’ needs.

    To be successful, you should be:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or any related course

    • At least 2 years of experience with handling team members

    • Must have proven experience in a BPO environment and a track record of managing staff and client relationships – Or show the willingness to learn and grow these skills over time

    • Show experience in dealing with conflict resolution and performance improvement processes

    • Experience in reporting on Productivity, Performance and KPI’s

    • Must be able to display clear problem-solving skills

    • Must be comfortable in dealing with clients at multiple levels of management. From day-to-day points of contact through to business owners and CEO’s

    • Can-do attitude - always looking for solutions

    • You pride yourself on team building

    • You always seek the right outcome for all parties involved

    • Possess the desire to be part of a collaborative team culture

    • Willingness to learn and share bright ideas and brainstorm

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
