POSITION: Team Leader (Injection Molding)

Company: Enomoto Philippine Manufacturing, Inc.

Location: Lot 5-B General B. Aguinaldo & M. Inocencio PEZA Gateway Busines Park, Javalera, General Trias, Cavite

Salary: 18,000 - 21,000 PHP

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (Saturday off twice a month) 8:00～17:00

Job Description

1. Control production processes

2. Overseeing plastic injection molding operators and ensuring production machines are working properly

3. Collaborating with QC/QA to ensure the quality of product

4. Reporting to the supervisor all problems encountered

5. Implement schedules, plans, rules, or any other policy determined by management regarding production

6. Molding injection machine parameter changing and elements

Qualifications

1. Solid Working Experience in Manufacturing (2-3 years)

2. Should have same trade experience (Plastic Molding/Semiconductor)

3. Knowledgeable in 5S and Kaizen activity

4. Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite

5. Can start immediately

6. NC II holder, Tech/Voc Course or Engineering grad or undergrad

7. Experience in molding injection machine parameter changing and elements

8. Worked in a Japanese company

9. Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of molding machines

10. Well versed in injection molding machines

• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: AutoCAD
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
