  • Responsibilities

    • Oversee and audits internal and external Pharmacovigilance operations

    • Resolving first level escalation of unsolved or difficult issues at offshore operations

    • People management including Goal setting, coaching, performance management, leave management, tracking and monitoring compliance with timelines and SLA's

    • Ensure completion of training plan and training records for all direct reports

    Qualifications

    • At least Bachelor's degree holder of any medical allied course (Nursing, Pharmacy, Medical Laboratory, Medicine, etc)

    • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in handling Pharmacovigalnce operations and people management

    • Ability to self-manage and self-motivate as well as motivate team leads and service team

    • Knowledge of Clinical research and Pharmacovigilance processes

    • Strong leadership skills

  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 4
  • Language(s): Tagalog
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
