Offer description

Provides supervision, direction, and coordination to subordinate staff in a day-to-day workflow and creates overall performance reports.

Reviews on the overall performance of the team, suggest possible areas of improvement and motivates subordinates to work more effectively.

Serves as a liaison between the work unit and other offices/ departments.

Supervise the maintenance of personnel records and timesheets for staff supervised.

Supervises the development and implementation of training programs within the work unit supervised.

Qualifications:

College graduate or College Level

Good to excellent written and spoken English skills

At least 1 year as a Team Leader or 2 years SME in a BPO setting
