*In-charge in preparing and handling documentation requirements for meetings and other project needs.
*Ensure that site office is properly maintained and other safety requirements is in place.
*Assure that office equipment and apparatus are taken cared off as control, preventive maintenance and protections. Coordinates with Main Office Admin for regular maintenance of computers & other equipment.
*Newly licensed Civil Engineer
*With good analytical skill
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
- Availability to travel: Yes
- Availability of change of residence: Yes
