  • Basic Qualifications:

    • College degree holder of BS in Civil Engineering (with or without a license).

    • Fresh graduates are preferred.

    • Proficient in MS Office applications.

    • With good interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.

    • Has the ability to relate to all levels of people in the organization.

    • Has the ability to manage time strictly meet project deadlines.

    • Can work under pressure, results-oriented, and with initiative.

    Technical Assistant will be responsible for the following:

    1. Responsible for following, complying, and implementing the RLB Quality Management System (ISO) as to filing, documentation, and control.

    2. Responsible for the preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports based on the drafts and other information provided by the Construction Manager and other members of the Project Team.

    3. Coordinates timely submission of contractor/s’ progress reports and documents for review and approval of the PM/CM including proper filing.

    4. In charge of preparing and handling documentation requirements for meetings and other project agendas.

    5. Ensure that site office/s are properly maintained and other safety requirements are placed.

    6. Assure that office equipment and apparatus are taken care of as to control, preventive maintenance, and protection. Coordinates with IT department for regular maintenance of computers & other equipment.

    7. Attend to telephone calls and documents to be sent and received thru fax and e-mails and ensure that information is properly disseminated.

    8. In charge of monitoring, ordering (request), and coordinating office supplies and equipment.

    9. Regularly updates project monitoring/bulletin board. Coordinates with another member of the project team for the needed information.

    10. Ensures that all documents for transmittal & distribution are submitted on time and maintains a tracking logbook. Conduct follow-up w/ the other entities for timely submission to avoid delays.

    11. Ensures that all project reports are submitted to the Project Manager/Management & owner for their proper information.

    12. Ensure that the minutes of the meeting and meeting agenda are sent to all attendees.

    13. Monitor issuance of drawing and other information issued For Construction by the consultants and regularly update for any revision.

    14. Other functions that management/owner/client requires for project implementation
