  • Description

  • 1. Ensure 100% vacancies. Monitor all the deployed employees.

    2. Ensure complete pre- employment requirements.

    3. Conduct employee orientation and contract signing. Monitor/conduct training for the on boarding employees and refresher for the employees.

    4. Ensure all employee relations/ case investigation of the employee with violation are done within 24 hours in coordination with HR. Strict implementation of Code of Conduct.

    5. Ensure proper coordination with the assigned supervisors in the plant with regards to the monthly performance evaluation of the employees up to resignation and clearance of employees.

    6. Ensure PPEs, cleaning implements and other needed supplies are replenished well based on the allocated budget.

    7. Ensure quarterly audit of vehicle, laptop and phone assigned in Mindanao.

    8. Coordination with Account Manager/Sales Engineers of the client.

    9. Employee/site visit. Being able to be knowledgeable with the work of the employees to handle.

    10. Weekly submission of Highlights report

    11. Monthly submission of work plan.

    12. Relay and attend concerns of the employees/client.

    13. Coordination with the Bestoptions’ key staffs assigned per site.

    14. Coordinate with the Managers of the client/principal.

    15. Perform the job required by the supervisor required from time to time.

    -Experience working in a manufacturing plant is a PLUS

    -with BOSH training is a PLUS but not required
