    We need YOU to help us expand our e-commerce product range.

    Your mission is to grow our product catalogue from 2,161 products and 116,528 parts and models today to 20,000+ products and 500,000+ parts and models within the next 12-months.

    Better Batt is seeking a detail freak - a passionate, hardworking and detail-oriented data nerd who loves working with scripts, spreadsheets and CMS platforms - to join our growing Philippines team.

    Due to the coronavirus pandemic, our entire Philippines team is now working from home. Provided you have a fast and reliable internet connection and a quiet, comfortable place to work you will be considered for this role.

    We’re a small, close-knit team of 8 people with 4 in Clark, Pampanga and 4 in Melbourne, Australia and we’re looking to grow.

    - Permanent work from home opportunity

    - Day shift - 6 am to 3 pm (Oct to Apr) and 7 am to 4 pm (Apr to Oct)

    Maintain impeccable, up to date product data across all online sales channels.

    As a technical e-commerce administrator, your job will be to maintain and grow our product catalogue through web scraping and data manipulation.

    If you thrive managing data, constructing complex spreadsheets and formulas and can even read and write basic code, then this role as a technical e-commerce administrator will suit you.

    You must have a proven track record manipulating data and images and be comfortable working in:

    - CSV, Excel, Google Sheets

    - XML, PHP, Python

    - Adobe Photoshop

    You’ll work directly with real clients as part of our client satisfaction team for 4-weeks each year

    At Better Batt, we expect all staff, regardless of position or rank, to put our client’s needs first and the only way to know our clients’ needs is to have plenty of one-on-one experience working directly with them.

    That’s why every employee from the CEO down is trained to handle phone calls, emails and live chats from real clients and must work in our client satisfaction team for 4-weeks each year.

    To be considered for the job, you must meet the following requirements:

    - Bachelor's/college degree, postgraduate diploma/master's degree in a relevant field

    - 5 years or more relevant work experience

    - A proven track record manipulating and managing data

    - Business savvy with strong analytical skills

    - Fluent written and spoken English

    - Meticulously organised to the point of obsession

    - Driven to achieve greatness

    - Disciplined with your time and accountable to yourself
