  • 3. Tasks, Functions, Responsibilities

    1. Provide technical assistance and support for incoming customer queries and requests.
    2. Respond to queries either over the phone or in emails.
    3. Log all help desk interactions.
    4. Redirect problems to correct resource.
    5. Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
    6. Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
    7. Prepare activity reports regularly.
    8. Inform immediate supervisor of recurring problems.
    9. Stay current with system information, changes and updates.
    10. Lead and Direct Routine Engineering Department Activities.
    11. Record Inputs and Logs Daily and Annual Preventive Maintenance Work Orders.
    12. Provide administrative support for Division Manager and discipline Department Heads


  • Requirements

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel
  • Availability for travel: No
  • Availability for change of residence: No
