The Requirements

Seasoned technology project manager, preferably in the healthcare industry, with experience handling Corporate-IT and architecture-related projects and stakeholders
Experience in managing and interfacing between various levels of business and technical teams and team members (Corporate IT, Network and Infrastructure, Product Owners, Architects, DevOps and Engineers)
Familiarity with Microsoft Technology solutions in a Corporate IT context
Experience managing projects using Azure cloud technology and handling Azure cloud migration strongly preferred
Demonstrated ability to manage distributed and matrixed project teams
Strong technical, project management, business analysis and organizational skills
Demonstrated flexibility adopting unique approach or solution needed to solve challenges faced on projects assigned
Demonstrated strong emphasis on high quality data, documentation, analytics and reporting
Strong thought process needed to lead discussions that help drive resolutions of issues
Experience with strategic planning and management, process improvement, change/scope management, conflict resolution, resource planning and utilization
Able to work independently as well as cross-functionally in an organization to successfully implement projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; high attention to detail; ability to clearly and confidently explain technical concepts to a variety of audiences; ability to present to a wide range of audience
Demonstrated ability to manage project detailed tasks, such as but not limited to
Capturing minutes of discussions
Manage detailed risks, actions, issues and decision logs
Sound decision making in ability to manage and appropriately escalate issues for prompt and proper resolution
Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in the use of project management (e.g. MS Project) software and other tools such as Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and Power Point. Ability to quickly learn various project management software applications.
Experience working with a workflow management tool ( e.g. Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar workflow tools )
Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile software development frameworks, with hands-on experience in using both frameworks
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
