    Summary:

    Position Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00PM - 5:00AM PHT (8:00AM to 5:00PM EST)

    Salary: To be determined based on qualification associated with job role
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Addresses the requests and inquiries of the Department Hiring Manager
    • Building deep partnerships with Managers to understand their team’s hiring needs, capabilities and knowledge requirements
    • Creates and updates job description and job postings to different job portals
    • Develops recruiting strategies and effective sourcing channels to gain access to top talent candidates
    • Conducts initial screening of resumes of highly technical roles to identify and qualify key skills and attributes of candidate work history and experience
    • Conducts initial screening thru phone interviews to establish basic candidate information and work preferences
    • Endorse and arrange interviews with the Department Hiring Manager
    • Conducts reference/background check of candidates when necessary
    • Be involved in salary package negotiation and communicate all requirements of the job to the applicants
    • Coordinates with candidate in the submission and completion of employment requirements
    • Assist in employee onboarding

    Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

    • At least 2 years of experience recruiting US IT professionals
    • Proven track record of successful placement of highly technical/skilled candidates
    • Technical expertise to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualification for IT roles
    • Solid knowledge for sourcing techniques and experience on applicant tracking systems
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree of Psychology, Human Resources Development,l Information Technology or any Technical Field
    • Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal English communication skills
