    Typically, to qualify as a Sales Support Representative you need to have:

    • Bachelor of Arts/Science degree in Business, Communications, Sales & Marketing, and Digital Media or equivalent practical experience in Sales and Marketing with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.

    • Unbeatable communication skills, both oral and written.

    • Internet savvy and knowledge of traditional and digital media, along with its competitive landscape.

    • Understanding of unique challenges that small businesses face in marketing online.

    • 2 to 3 years of extensive sales experience

    • Seamlessly connect businesses with the global sales team

    • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening
