  • JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Provides first level support and assistance in the use of personal computer hardware, software, printers

    and other IT-related devices

    • Setup and configure desktop computers, printers or other IT-related devices

    • Troubleshoots, diagnoses problems, and implements corrective action procedures within prescribed

    guidelines and/or escalates to other technical resources as appropriate

    • Manage and administer inventory records of IT assets on a per site basis

    • Provide complete and accurate status reports

    • Maintains competency and enhances professional growth and development through training

    • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management

    PROFESSIONAL & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

    • Ability to support computer and network system both hardware and software

    • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills

    • Must know basic and advance operation in MS Excel, MS Access or any similar application

    • Ability to create written communications and make oral presentations

    • Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives in a fast paced highly technical environment

    • Ability to self-assess to work on weaknesses or to improve existing processes or routines

    • Ability to carry out detailed instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form with less supervision

    • Excellent time management and ability to multitask

    • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

    • Able to carry out tasks using available resources

    • Well organized and a good team player

    Education

    · Must be a graduate of any computer or IT-related course

    · Having a Microsoft Certified Professional or similar industry certifications is an advantage but not required

    Experience

    · At least 1 year or less working experience in computer hardware/software systems and network repair and troubleshooting
