The Technical Support Engineer is responsible for handling customer technical support requests with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism to address customer issues with one call resolution.

You will provide phone and email support to end users on network connectivity related issues. Experience in a call center environment as well as familiarity with general troubleshooting of network related problems is an added advantage for this position.
