    Windows desktop and laptops.

    2. Printer configuration and WiFi connection.

    3. Support end-users via onsite, phone and email.

    4. Create tickets and monitor the status of the issue.

    5. Strong knowledge of Windows Desktop Operating Systems.

    6. Knowledge of Microsoft Office & O365 Administration.

    7. Vendor Management, coordinate and escalate issues to the vendor for immediate Resolution
