  • Qualifications:

    - Open for Graduate, Undergraduate, Vocation courses.

    - At least 1- year experience as Technical Support, Helpdesk or Service desk

    - Background in ticketing is a plus.

    - Excellent communication skills

    - Willing to work in Cebu IT Park after a pandemic

    - WFH Set Up!


    Job Responsibilities:

    - Communicate with clients utilizing phone, chat and remote login software to identify core client issue, perform software/hardware troubleshooting, quick fixes, basic software installations, printer installations, and more

    - Respond to client inquiries, resolve problems, make appropriate recommendations for resolution based on findings

    - Use ServiceNow for tracking, notation and information gathering to provide a superior client experience

    - Where necessary, work with others to schedule the customer for an on-site or in-store appointment

    - Communicate clearly and concisely with other Agents regarding client issues in order to fulfill the service required for the customer

    - Use multiple systems to process customer or client transactions, repairs and basic fixes
