The Role & Responsibilities: Customer Service Helpdesk
First point of contact via phone, email, and job logging system, for our specialized IT / AV Service Desk.
Managing assigned clients, ensuring queries are responded to and work tickets are logged in a timely manner
Log all tickets in the job logging system, tracking and reporting on those assigned to you and following each ticket through to its resolution
Coordinate onsite technical resources to ensure work tickets are resolved within strict deadlines
Communicate Service Status & Report to all Stakeholders

High Attention to Detail: Completes all tasks precisely and with high quality ensuring that procedures have been properly followed and nothing is overlooked. Is highly organized and structures work accordingly.
Advanced Multitasking Skills: The ability to keep track and stay on top of multiple activities. In this role, you could be working on multiple projects simultaneously.
Team Player: Must be able to work well in a close-knit team, assisting others where required and always working towards the success of the company as a whole.
Experience Required:
Training and ongoing development will be provided, so technical knowledge isn't essential, but is preferred. A keen interest in IT and Audio Visual is advantageous.
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in the following:
4 years experience in customer service, administrative or helpdesk role
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Exposure to Administrative & Management Responsibilities
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
- 4 years of experience
- Language(s): English ,Tagalog
- Availability to travel: No
- Availability of change of residence: No
