  • Qualifications

    Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree any field.

    Minimum 1 year from a technical support Background

    Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Technical & Helpdesk Support or equivalent.

    Self-Motivated & Ability to Work Under Pressure

    Should have critical thought process and decision-making capability with focus on accuracy.

    Handling Internet Troubleshooting Issues relevant to Computers, Application, Basic Networking, LAN, WAN Technologies

    Should possess good English verbal skills

    Excellent logical reasoning

    With basic understanding of Hardware and Software, Computer fundamentals, Internet and Networking fundamentals

    Applicants must be willing to work in BGC, Taguig.

    Candidates should be open to a shifting schedule

    Job Description

    Candidate would be responsible for handling customer calls and troubleshooting technical issues

    Ensure resolution provided in the first interaction with the customer

    Acquiring knowledge about the newly released products and recent updates

    Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service
