  • Job Description:
    - Act as tier 2 point of contact for consumer inquiries via phone CRM
    - Ensure customer experience is at world class level
    - Liaison between local consumer inquiries and headquarters for extended support needs
    - Ensure all efforts are expended to meet/exceed customer product delivery expectations
    - Assist in improving and developing tasks for global support teams
    - Maintain company 24 hour SLA for all consumer inquiries
    - Analytically driven
    - Guide consumers through online warranty & order fulfillment process
    - Effectively communicate and execute Limited Warranty & Web Store Policies
    - Manage daily backlog for consumer replacement and Webstore orders
    - Possess engaging customer-centric skills and ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organization
    - Maintain professional internal and external relationships
    - Aptitude and interest in constantly seeking ways to improve the customer experience
    - Assist in improving and developing tasks for worldwide team.
    - Should have strong collaborative skills
    Professional Requirements:
    - Minimum 3 years experience in a multicontact (phone, email, CRM, live chat) Customer Service role
    - With experience on onlie retail/ web store handling shipping concerns on returns/replacements of orders
    - Knowledge with RMAs
    - Ability to prioritize and demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
    - Strong background and hands on knowledge on PC hardware troubleshooting
    - Updated with the latest trend and upgrades of PC hardware
    - Proficient in MS Windows 10
    - Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
    - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    - Ability to multitask and close inquiries fast and efficiently
    - Proven ability to research and resolve problems
    - Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
    - Possess the ability to work independently and as a team
    - Exhibit strong organizational skills
    - Enthusiastic and dependable
    - Enthusiasm for PC gaming an advantage.
    - Experience with Oracle Service Cloud a BIG plus
    - Education Requirements: Minimum technical college degree in Computer Science or Engineering/Information Technology
    - Can start ASAP
