Call Center | Technical Support Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who would focus on the following:

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides technical support to users by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting software problems.
Guide clients through corrective steps.
Use support database and maintain documentation.
Train users on software.
Train new technicians as required.
Knowledge of Windows

Qualifications:

- Must be atleast 18 years old/above
- Atleast High School/Senior Graduate
- With or Without call center experience
- Must be willing to work on site
- Amenable to work in graveyard shift/shifting schedule
