  • Duties:

    Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded

    Assist customers through phone calls, email and chat system

    Identify, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues experienced by customers

    Will handle other duties/projects as assigned

    Provide excellent display of customer service.

    Qualifications

    Candidate should have atleast completed of 1 year in college

    Candidate must have at least 6mos experience as CSR/TSR.

    Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)

    Must have an average typing speed

    Willing to work in BGC on shifting schedules
