  • Duties and Responsibilities may include but not limited to:

    1. Reviews and prioritizes work orders for assignment to the Technical Support Officers

    2. Explains performance targets and other company policies and ensures adherence to standards set

    3. Provides technical support training for new hires

    4. Provides analysis on desktop related issues, determines problems, implements solutions, resolves or forwards work orders to appropriate personnel within the IT team (i.e. IT Head, System Administrator, PABX Administrator)

    5. Ensures resolution of each task assigned to the IT Support Team in a timely manner

    6. Prepares a detailed documentation of the technical problem / issue encountered with the resolution for submission to the Client

  • Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
  • Years of experience: 2
  • Language(s): Tagalog ,English
  • Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word
  • Availability for travel: No
