  • What you will do;

    You will assist and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer

    Answer inbound calls and/or place outbound calls in a high call volume environment

    You will exceed customer satisfaction, efficiency metrics and issue resolution targets

    Continuously look for areas of improvement and communicate trends in customer calls to leadership as appropriate

    Simultaneously navigate multiple software applications and technologies

    You will demonstrate conflict management skills and maintain professional composure


    With solid 1 year experience in outbound & inbound sales, and cold calling for B2B clients

    Excellent English Communication Skills both written and verbal

    Assertive, strong attention to details and spontaneous

    Regular and reliable attendance

    Amenable to work in Imus, Cavite
