- Providing friendly, personable, and timely support to our customers via CRM Tool, live call, e-mail, and chat-based services
- Understand Client Products and Services
- Make decision according to the defined Policies and Procedures related to client products and services
- Identify improvement opportunities in work flow and suggest solutions
- Interface effectively with other internal and client teams
- Respond to customer inquiries through live call, chat, or email
- Resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively via live call, chat, and email based on the scope of work
- Assisting with customer orders and account issues including but not limited to cancellations, returns, and shipping issues
Requirements
- Minimum education level: Senior high school
- Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Communication and persuasion
- Availability to travel: No
- Availability of change of residence: No
