We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our growing software engineering agency, polyphasicdevs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for closing deals and building relationships with new and existing clients. You should have a proven track record of success in sales, with a keen ability to prospect and find new leads using LinkedIn and other marketing tools.

The role offers a competitive commission structure, with 10% per sale landed, with a minimum of $300 per sale. There are also opportunities for larger commissions on larger projects. You will be provided with sales training and documentation to support you, but previous sales experience is required. Strong communication skills, particularly in English, and the ability to close deals is essential.

You will be working with a variety of clients, predominantly in the UK and North America, with a mix of consumer and corporate level clients looking to build websites, web applications and mobile applications for business and pleasure.
