  • Our client is a fast-paced Australian tech company specialising in photo editing for the real estate market and are looking to hire a Lead Nurturing Specialist for our growing team!
    We are seeking an agile self-motivated, tech savvy individual with great interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for advancing interest in our solutions.

    An effective Telemarketer must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone / webinar, as well as dealing with concerns and doubts. The strategy is to help the company advance by engaging new and existing clients through a consultative approach rather than a “hard sell”.

    Your objective is to help customers connect with our brand and nurture customers, so they understand the features and benefits of using our solutions.

    Responsibilities:
    - Provide customers an overview of our solutions, workflow and user dashboard post sign up.
    - Follow up on warm leads generated by marketing campaigns.
    - Work with existing customers to re-educate and re-connect with our brand via webinar.
    - Probe and ask questions to understand customer requirements and be able to match “the need” to a solution.
    - Answer questions about products or the company with confidence.
    - Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
    - Enter and update customer information in the database.
    - Keep records of calls and note useful information.
    - Forward high-level prospects to the Director of Strategic Relationships in AU when required.

    Requirements
    - Proven experience in Customer Service, Lead Nurturing, Customer Training, or a similar role. Preferably within an Australian market.
    - High level of phone communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
    - Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software, webinar tools and telephone systems)
    - Be able to work autonomously.
    - Ability to learn about products and services, build benefit statements and describe / explain them to prospects.
    - Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal.
    - Cool-tempered and able to handle objections and rejections.
    - The ability to problem-solve and identify issues quickly.

    Work Schedule: 6am to 3pm | Monday to Friday
