Minimum Requirements:
-Proven experience as a telemarketer/ customer service associate or similar roles
-Excellent communication skills
-skilled in negotiation and customer service relations
-persuasive
-persistent and results-oriented
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Cold call potential clients for possible sales
-answer inquiries from customers
-use scripts to provide product information
-documentation of inquires / information obtained
-deal with customer complaints and questions
-meet sales quota
Location: Tandang Sora, Quezon City
Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
Salary range: 15k
NOTE: this is direct hiring / permanent position
