  • Job Title: __TELLER/FINANCE ASSISTANT Department: _______FINANCIAL OPERATIONS_________

    Anticipated Start Date: __ASAP__

    Preferred Work Schedule: Amenable to work 6 days a week, Mid-shift; Rest day maybe weekdays

    Qualification Required

    Education: ____Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field

    Work Experience: _atleast one (1)-year experience _________________________

    Skills/certifications:

    Basic math and computer skills

    Professional appearance and courteous.

    Customer service experience is a plus.

    Attention to detail and highly organized.

    Good communication skills.

    Integrity

    Should be a graduate of business-related course or have previous experience being a teller

    Preferably with financial operations background

    Brief Description of Duties:

    Serves customers by completing account transactions daily. ______________________

    Provides good service to customers for remittances, fund transfers, bills payment, mobile credits

    Loading and other service available. _________________________________________

    Candidate must be able to answer questions in person or on telephone regarding their inquiries.

    Maintaining and balancing cash drawers and reconciling discrepancies. Handling cash transactions,

    Counting and packaging currency and coins must come as second nature to the candidate. __

    Handling currency, transactions, and confidential information in a responsible manner. _______

    Assisting in other financial operations tasks __

    Keeping a clean, organized work area and a professional appearance. ___________ __

    Following all financial and security regulations and procedures. ___ ______________________

    All above responsibilities may or may not change depending on the business need. ________

    Budget Information/Approval

    Proposed Monthly Compensation: _ Php 15,000 - 16,000
