- Film and Television Production, Directing Art or Graduate of any four- year course.

- Excellent camera skills, skilled use of AE, PS, PR, cap-cut and other video editing, post production software

- Sensitive fashion observation and aesthetic ability, have a good grasp of video theme creativity, texture, rhythm etc.

- Large brain hole, creative, excellent creative planning and execution ability.

- Good team communication and cooperation ability.

- Mixed knowledge in Tiktok, Youtube, Instagram and other major video sites.
