POSITION: Tooling and Design Supervisor

Company: Enomoto Philippine Manufacturing, Inc.

Location: Lot 5-B General B. Aguinaldo & M. Inocencio PEZA Gateway Busines Park, Javalera, General Trias, Cavite

Salary: 25,000 - 30,000 PHP

Work Schedule: Mon-Sat (Saturday off twice a month) 8：00～17：00

Job Description:

1. Supervise Tooling and Design group members

2. Perform root cause analysis and countermeasures regarding production problems and issues.

3. Well-versed in Kaizen activity, QCC tools, ISO & IATF certification

4. Development of initial ideas and design alternatives

5. Finalisation of design ideas

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Experience in machines like surface grinding and profile grinding

2. Experience in tooling and die design process is an advantage

3. Can start immediately

4. Willing to work in General Trias, Cavite

Requirements

• Minimum education level: Bachelor´s Degree
• 3 years of experience
• Language(s): English
• Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, AutoCAD, Project management, Project Planning
• Availability to travel: No
• Availability of change of residence: No
