  • Trade Marketing Officer Job Description Summary:

    Trade Marketing Officer is responsible for the trade marketing activity across the different channels of distribution .He/she is responsible in having customer satisfaction as main priority, point person between marketing department, product management and sales team to ensure achievement of sales and budget objectives.

    Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:

    1. Promotional Planning & Execution

    • Develop Execution (Sales Trade Plans) regional promotional plans and competitive trade offers, with involvement of sales team, to deliver annual top-line plan.

    • Develop trade marketing activities for customer, aligning with the brand direction.

    • Develop trade marketing support materials and research needed to execute the plan most effectively.

    • Manage the effective and efficient plan & use of agreed budget.

    • Monitor the execution of annual marketing and regional plans for key retails by coordinating marketing and sales operation and sales team.

    • Effectively communicate with sales team and customers for the designed channel programs for execution.

    • Deliver specific marketing materials, working with the local agency and with inputs from sales as appropriate all agreed marketing initiatives with excellence.

    • Monitor progress of initiatives vs. agreed Key Performance Indicator’s

    • Monitor implementation of marketing plan elements and offers and development of materials developed

    • Adapt plans where necessary on the basis of the Key Performance Indicator’s.

    • Monitor trade spending with agreed budget.

    2. Promotional Planning & Execution

    • Establish and maintain excellent relationship with all partners (Key Accounts/Distributor and Customers) as well as developing Customer Retention Programs.

    • Constantly look for opportunities to build closer relationship with sales team and customers, tailoring promotional plans to support business growth.

    • Differentiate Biocostech Products (iWhite/Sensedol) brand from competition

    • Continually develop and share Product knowledge via Distributor and Key Accounts Training.

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience in Trade Marketing Roe (at-least 1 year as Sales/Merchandising/Handling Brands)

    • He /she are able to communicate in Tagalog/English. Can speak other dialects is an advantage

    • Eager to travel anytime or as needed

    • Strong organizing & coordination ability

    • Deliberate questioning in a comprehensive, thorough manner

    • Ability in handling customer relations

    • Can solve questions & challenges encounters from work in a timely manner.

    • Negotiation skills
