  • BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

    Candidates will be focused on providing great service to optimize the way that clients use their software solutions. Ideal candidates should be able to work closely with their team members to share knowledge and information regarding the clients as the product is a highly customizable application which is a fun and challenging task. This is a continuously growing team with multiple senior resources

    not only within the support group but also with other departments.

    JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

     Support a SQL and HTML Based Fund Management Application which are being used

    by banks and fund management firms across Europe and Middle East.

     Support both Scandinavian and Middle East Asian Region. Flexibility during these

    days and hours is a must.

     Use SQL Management Studio, application navigation and basic Networking

    knowledge to troubleshoot issues related to the application.

     Learn the ever changing law and regulation for security trading and fund management

    of the supported regions.

     Adjust and learn to different workflows. Each client uses our application on different

    ways and also integrated with different Advent and/or non-Advent applications.

     Communicate well in English with clients during troubleshooting and providing

    solutions and root cause analysis to them.

    SKILLS/QAULIFICATIONS:

     Basic knowledge with SQL queries - Someone who can use SELECT statement in

    SQL statement is enough. If he/she is comfortable enough with using UPDATE,

    INSERT, DELETE and JOIN then that is a just a plus.

     Basic knowledge with HTML - HTML is only a secondary skill that we need for Tradex.

    It’s not a MUST but it would surely help the rep with using Tradex tools.

     Familiarity with mutual funds/hedge funds - Tradex is a Fund Order Management

    system so it would be a plus if we can have someone in the team that has at least

    minimal experience in dealing with Funds. Almost everyone in the team currently is on

    the tech side.
