QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- At least 1 year of experience as a Trainer.

- Excellent English communication skills - both verbal and written.

- Preferably has experience in Training in a BPO company.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management as well as with clients.

- Impressive presentation skills.

- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

- Excellent leadership, team building, and management skills.

- Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), and instructional software.

- Experience with technologies and best practices for instructional manuals and teaching platforms.
