Description



  • Conduct orientaton and training for newly hired and contractual employees.

    Conducts physical plant tour and plant familiarization for new hires.

    Coordinates all pre-employment orientation of new hires.

    Assess training needs analysis for all employees.

    Plot all training needs and proposed seminar / training of each employee in the training roadmaps of the year.

    Plot proposed training / seminar based on the result of the Succession Planning Assessment.

    Recommend seminars / training for employees based on the results of the training needs analysi.

    Scout training / seminars proposed by the superiors.

    Design and conduct in – house training programs based on job requirements.

    Coordinate with training providers for in – house or public seminars of the employees.

    Collect and update Pre and Post Training Form.

    Analyze post training results.

    Design and distribute training modules and cetificates

    Actively participates in preparation and organization of company activities such acompany outings / teambuilding, company anniversary, year – end party and planning activities.

    Coordinates with Manpower Service Contractors regarding Social Accountability Requirements and Compliance

    Revise and update necessary records and documents.

    Prepare memo for HR announcements.

    Conduct internal and external verification in compliance with the Social Workplace Accountability and Unilever Responsible Sourcing Audit’s requirements.

    Coordinate service contractors on regulatory requirements, and service agreement of contracts and service deliveries.

    Graduate of B.S. Psychology, Management or related degree.

    With previous work experience directly related to duties.

    With good people-relation skills.
