  • Responsibilities:

    Participate in needs assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning and development programs.

    Provide support in developing and implementing innovative and creative training solutions, materials, methods, and programs to meet the development needs of employees.

    Assists in needs assessment, planning, implementation, module development, and evaluation of training programs.

    Supports and assists employees in developing career progression plans.

    Qualifications:

    Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.

    At least 1 year of experience in training modules development and implementation, curriculum management, and training coordination.

    Articulate and confident, has strong oral and written communication skills

    Highly experienced in database management.

    Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
