  • Training Facilitator – 15 Years HR Experience

    Circa Logica Group is looking for nine (9) passionate and output-driven Auxiliary Partner, Training & Development for its next flagship program to be offered nationwide. This is not a full-time role. This is a long-term project-based and compensation is based on sessions facilitated. Candidates who are working full time or practicing professionals are eligible.

    Vacancies:
    • 1 from North Luzon (Baguio or nearby areas)
    • 1 from Central Luzon (Clark or nearby areas)
    • 3 from NCR (Metro Manila)
    • 1 from South Luzon (Dasmarinas or nearby areas)
    • 1 from Central Visayas (Cebu or nearby areas)
    • 1 from Western Visayas (Bacolod or nearby areas)
    • 1 from Mindanao (Davao or nearby areas)

    Frequency: 3-6 programs per year for 5 years (long-term engagement)
    Trainers Fee: 35K net per program, hotel accommodation to be provided during sessions

    » Career Summary

    • Conducts intensive HR training for 2-3 days an audience from different levels and backgrounds comprising of 10 to up to 40 learners per session.
    • Flexible in creating a training program fit for 2-3 days.
    • Creates and executes impactful presentations.
    • Ability to write own seminar module and continuously update all learning materials as needed.
    • Provide excellent and non-boring training to participants.
    • Ability gauge audience and provide coaching and mentoring if necessary.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    » Minimum Standard Requirements

    • At least 15 years of HR experience is REQUIRED.
    • Train-the-Trainer certification or equivalent are preferred but not required.
    • Expert in most, if not all, facets of HR and can transfer knowledge and best practices to others through training.
    • Fluent in English, Filipino, and local dialect.
    • Expert knowledge, understanding of, and experience in training and development;
    • At least 3 years' experience in Training & Development
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with persons within and outside the organization;
    • A positive, persistent, and professional can-do attitude;
    • Sound business judgment, integrity, and commitment to excellence;
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy;
    • Excellent interpersonal skills;
    • Effective communicator, exemplary presentations skills;
    • Strong organizational skills.
