  • Training Manager's general objective is to champion the training needs assessment, development, design,

    implementation and evaluation of functional and leadership competency based training programs on the

    segment /division assigned.

    Closely monitor performance of his/her team and ensuring all employees under his/her function follow all

    policies and procedures within his/her area of expertise and assignment, in close coordination with division

    head / management teams.

    QUALIFICATION:

    * Gradute of Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education Technology or Pharmacy

    * Atleast 3 years experience in retail service related field

    * Main Function: Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Training and Development, Organizational

    Development

    - Willing to be assigned in Pasay Area
